Custom Forms Are Now Available in All Plans:
Working remotely? Need to move your paper-form based workflows online? TeamGram’s custom forms are for you. And now they are available in all subscription plans,
Here are some use cases:
- Vacation requests
- Service requests
- Audit reports
- Test reports
- Expense forms
- … other internal use forms
Select a form from the main menu, fill it out, share it with your team, archive, list, search… In Pro or higher plans, you can even send them to another user for approval, and approve forms sent to you by coworkers, all electronically, without generating a paper form.
TeamGram forms are mobile-compatible. TeamGram’s iOS and Android mobile apps fully support custom forms.
With the last changes to our plans, you can define 1 type of form in the Starter plan, 5 in Pro plan, 10 in Premium plan, and unlimited different kinds of forms in the Enterprise plan. You can create an unlimited number of records using each form in any subscription plan.
What if you have reached your plan’s limits and need more form types? No worries. We have also created low-cost additional custom form packages. If you need more forms, please contact us.
Only your system administrators can define new kinds of forms, but any of your authorized users can use them. Check out this support document before creating your custom forms.
Unlimited Notes for All:
Your notes and comments no longer count towards your plan’s record limit.
To help remote teams communicate better, we have removed all limits on the number of notes and comments for all subscription plans. Notes and comments also support file and picture attachments, so they are an excellent way to share information internally.
Use TeamGram’s news feed to catch up with your team’s work from anywhere. As with all other TeamGram features, the news feed is also available in our mobile apps.
Free Storage for Your Files:
Remote work may require handling and sharing more scanned documents. To make that transition easier, we are adding additional free storage space to all subscription plans. Use this space to attach files, images, and documents to your notes and other CRM records, including custom forms.
Effective today, all plans will get an additional 20 GB of storage space. Depending on contents and resolution, this is roughly enough space to store and share 50,000 pages of scanned documents in TeamGram for free.
