Checklists in Activity Management

Checklists are useful when the completion of an activity requires more than one step. Each step can be created as a checklist item under a single activity so that the fulfillment of each item can complete the activity.

It’s most useful when you have a list of predefined steps under an activity. For example, in order to prepare a quote, you may want to:

    • Check the prices with suppliers for a detailed budget calculation
    • Make sure all the project requirements are well documented
    • Confirm with production unit if the required specs are matched

You can also add/delete items and change their order.

 

 

When all the items on the checklists are marked as done, TeamGram asks you to confirm for completion.
