After the Handshake, Generate a Ready-to-Sign Contract in Minutes
A contract is the most critical and binding document in any customer relationship. No one wants such an important step to become a bottleneck that slows down the deal.
To help you send a ready-to-sign contract draft to your customer without delay, we’ve added some exciting new capabilities:
Build a Library of Reusable Contract Templates
Turn your frequently used contracts into templates you can reuse again and again.
Already have contracts prepared in Microsoft Word? You can mark the dynamic parts that change by customer or deal (names, addresses, scope, pricing, etc.) with keywords, then upload them to TeamGram CRM as templates. That’s right: TeamGram CRM can now read Microsoft Word documents. No need to copy text or reformat.
When you need a new contract, simply select the appropriate template—no need to start from a blank document each time.
Let CRM Data Fill In the Details Automatically
Fields such as company name, contact details, addresses, products, and prices are pulled directly from the relevant CRM records and inserted into the contract automatically.
This saves time and dramatically reduces the risk of mistakes.
You can then review the draft, make any necessary edits, finalize it, and send it to your customer using our new Microsoft Word–compatible text editor.
No MS Word License Needed to Create Contracts
Once you’ve created your contract template in TeamGram CRM, you no longer need Microsoft Word or any other word processor to generate new contracts from it.
All authorized users can create new contract documents directly inside TeamGram CRM—with no additional software licenses or costs.
Also Works with Contracts Prepared Outside TeamGram CRM
Not every deal fits neatly into a standard template. Some projects may require a custom contract text, or your customer may insist on using their own contract format.
That’s not a problem. You can still manage those contracts in TeamGram CRM:
- Upload externally prepared contracts after they are signed,
- Link them to the relevant customer record,
- Archive them alongside all related sales information in the same system.
This way, you can access and manage all customer contracts from a single place, even if they were not prepared in TeamGram CRM.
Archive Wet-Signed and E-Signed Contract Files
Whether your contracts are signed in ink or electronically, you can store them all in TeamGram CRM:
- Scan signed paper contracts and upload them as PDF files,
- Upload e-signed PDF contracts exactly as you receive them.
When you open a customer record in TeamGram CRM, you’ll be able to view their signed contracts together with all related contact, opportunity, and sales information.
All Amendments, Addendums, and Versions in One Place
Terms change over time. You may need to update prices, adjust scope, or add new terms through addendums and side agreements.
TeamGram CRM lets you store additional documents linked to the main contract, so you can see at a glance:
- Which contract version took effect when,
- When each change was made,
- How your contract history with that customer has evolved.
Everything is clearly documented and easy to trace.
Never Miss Renewal Dates on Recurring Contracts
For recurring agreements such as maintenance contracts, one of the biggest risks is realizing too late that a contract has expired.
With the new contract management feature, you can:
- Record end dates and renewal dates for your contracts,
- Receive automated reminders as those dates approach,
- Start renewal discussions on time and prevent unnecessary customer churn.
Why Manage Contracts in TeamGram CRM?
By managing contracts directly in TeamGram CRM, you can:
- Accelerate the contract process: Use customer and sales data already in your CRM to create ready-to-sign drafts in minutes.
- Reduce error risk: Automatically populated fields and consistent templates minimize typos and data-entry mistakes.
- Gain clarity in customer relationships: With your electronic contract archive, it’s easy to see what you agreed on with who and when.
- Protect your revenue: Track renewal dates, ensure contract continuity, and avoid losing customers due to overlooked renewals.
In short, TeamGram CRM now not only helps you close the sale, but also helps manage the entire lifecycle of the agreements you sign with your customers.
