Account executives are expected to stay actively engaged with every opportunity in their pipeline. While the frequency of communication may vary, managers still expect regular updates—even when there’s no recent customer interaction.
In TeamGram CRM, account executives provide these updates by adding notes to opportunities. A note can describe the latest conversation with the customer, any progress made, or simply explain why there hasn’t been any movement. If no note is added for an extended period, it may signal that the opportunity is being overlooked.
To help you spot neglected opportunities, TeamGram CRM records the last update time for each one. In the pipeline view, you can sort opportunities by their last update to quickly see which ones haven’t been touched in a while. Just click the filter icon in the upper-left corner of the pipeline and choose “Last Update” as the sort order. This will cause the most recently updated opportunities to appear at the top of each column—while older, possibly neglected ones will be closer to the bottom.
For even more visibility, TeamGram displays the number of days since the last update directly on each opportunity in the pipeline view:
- If an opportunity hasn’t been updated in 7-30 days, the day counter will appear in a darker shade of gray.
- If it’s been more than 30 days, the counter will be highlighted in red, making it easier to see which opportunities may need attention.
Regular updates help keep your pipeline healthy and prevent important deals from falling through the cracks.
