All TeamGram CRM subscriptions come with free credits that can be used for artificial intelligence or other pay-per-use services.

How many free credits will you get?

You will get 75 free credits for each USD you pay for your normal subscription fee. These will be valid for the duration of your subscription period. Free credits do not roll over to the next term, so make sure you use them.

After all, they are free.

What happens if your credits run out?

If your credits run out, pay-per-use features like AI simply stop running until more credits are added, but everything else continues to function normally.

Need more credits?

You don’t need to stop using AI when your credits run out. Use the control panel to buy additional credit packs anytime. You can also enable automatic top-ups, so new credit packs are automatically purchased when your balance is below the limit you set. Additional credit packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
