TeamGram Subprocessors

TeamGram Inc. (“TeamGram”) uses the third-party subprocessors listed below to deliver the TeamGram service. Each subprocessor is engaged under an agreement that requires them to handle data only as directed by TeamGram and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

The “Data Location(s)” column indicates the countries or regions where each subprocessor may store or process data sent to them by TeamGram. For the purposes of this list, “EU” refers to data centers located within the European Union or European Economic Area.

This list is updated whenever a material change is made. 

Cloud Infrastructure

These subprocessors provide the hosting, storage, networking, and compute infrastructure on which the TeamGram service runs.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

These subprocessors provide AI model inference used to power TeamGram’s AI features, such as meeting summaries, data entry suggestions, and data enrichment. Data sent to AI subprocessors is limited to what is necessary to generate the requested output. TeamGram’s agreements with AI subprocessors prohibit them from using this data for their own model training purposes.

Email

These subprocessors are used to send and receive emails (such as notifications, alerts, and account communications) and, where applicable, marketing emails to users who have opted in.

Payment Processing

These subprocessors handle payment transactions on behalf of TeamGram. Payment data such as card numbers and banking details is transmitted directly to the payment processor and is not stored by TeamGram.
